The proposed web system has been architected to serve as your digital flagship—engineered for speed, optimized for search engines, and built with dynamic customer conversion features such as interactive EMI Calculators, Landowners Partnership registration pipelines, and secure Investor Relations channels.

We deliver a zero-compromise product utilizing the latest Next.js 16 frameworks and React 19 paradigms. The project includes a custom administrative CMS dashboard that gives your staff autonomous control over building listings, milestone updates, newsletter subscriptions, and blog marketing campaigns, saving long-term maintenance overhead.

Our package price is set at a flat rate of 70,000 BDT for design, database integration, custom modules development, search engine structured data configuration, and launching. To ensure a seamless operational transition, we are including 3 Months of Complimentary Support and Maintenance. Afterwards, we offer an optional SLA-driven support contract of 3,000 BDT/month for continuous platform security updates, backups, and content editing assistance.

4. Terms & Conditions

Operational rules and guidelines governing development services

4.1 Work Boundaries & Modifications

The scope of services encompasses exclusively the design and functional items defined in Section 3 of this proposal. Any additional integrations, including API hookups for third-party ERP tools, translation engines, or bank gateways, are excluded and will require a signed change request at an hourly billing rate of 1,500 BDT or a predefined flat package fee.

4.2 Source Code Rights & Licensing

Upon the final settlement of payment milestones (50% final launch release), Nest Innova Tech grants Adisiya Holdings Limited full code ownership and licensing rights. Adisiya Holdings may host, modify, and expand the code for its operations. However, the client may not resell, sub-license, or redistribute the source code template to other entities.

4.3 Third-Party Services Accounts

Adisiya Holdings is responsible for all third-party subscription charges, including domain renewals, hosting billing (Vercel, AWS, or Netlify paid plans if required), custom business email mailboxes, and professional developer keys for maps or analytical platforms.

4.4 SLA Maintenance & Response Times

Our free 3-month support period handles core software defects, unexpected layout breaks, or configuration adjustments. If Adisiya Holdings subscribes to the monthly support SLA (3,000 BDT/month) thereafter, Nest Innova Tech guarantees a response time of under 24 hours for critical server downtime and under 48 hours for normal content updates or script modifications, capped at 5 hours of engineering work per month.

5. Privacy & Non-Disclosure Agreement

Data privacy policies, governance, and confidentiality

5.1 Mutual Non-Disclosure (NDA)

Nest Innova Tech agrees to protect all confidential property data, project drafts, client projections, landowner lists, and business plans shared during execution. No data, pricing schemas, or strategic details will be shared, leaked, or disclosed to any competitor or third-party entity without written approval.

5.2 Database Security & Ownership

All customer records, leads captured via contact sheets, landowner partnership details, and investor entries on the website database belong exclusively to Adisiya Holdings Limited. Nest Innova Tech will configure Firebase Security Rules to restrict unauthorized reading or writing to ensure these records remain private.

5.3 Credential Maintenance

Administrative passwords, database credentials, and API access keys must be guarded. Nest Innova Tech will not be held liable for any data loss, leakage, or breach resulting from administrative accounts sharing or configuring weak credentials.
