We are looking for a strategic and driven Head of Sales to lead our sales operations across residential and commercial real estate segments. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in high-volume property sales and team leadership.

• 📈 Drive revenue through strategic planning and execution

Requirements:

• 7+ years in real estate or high-volume sales
• 3+ years in a leadership position
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
